Payment Policy

1. Transaction Currency

All transactions completed through grelvado.com are processed in Euros (EUR). Product prices, shipping fees, applicable taxes, refunds, and other amounts presented during checkout are calculated and settled in EUR.

If your card, bank account, PayPal account, Apple Pay, or Google Pay wallet operates in another currency, your financial institution or payment provider may convert the transaction using its own exchange rate. Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction charges, or similar fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are determined independently by that provider and are not charged or controlled by GRELVADO, LLC.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Availability may vary according to your country, device, browser, card issuer, digital wallet configuration, or payment provider.

Payment authorization must be successfully completed before an order can proceed to fulfillment. We may delay, decline, or cancel a transaction when authorization cannot be completed, additional verification is reasonably required, or the transaction is identified as presenting a potential fraud or security concern.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing

Transactions completed through grelvado.com are processed by authorized third-party payment service providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Card payments and supported digital wallet payments may be handled through Stripe, while PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal's payment environment as applicable.

GRELVADO, LLC does not directly process or store customers' complete payment credentials on its own servers. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV or CVC codes, PayPal passwords, Apple Pay credentials, Google Pay credentials, or equivalent sensitive authentication information. These credentials are transmitted to and handled by the relevant payment provider under its own security and privacy procedures.

4. Payment Security and Data Protection

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to support secure payment transactions. grelvado.com uses HTTPS and SSL/TLS encryption to protect information transmitted between a customer's browser and our website. Sensitive payment credentials are transferred through secure payment interfaces to the applicable payment provider rather than stored directly by GRELVADO, LLC.

Our payment providers may employ industry-standard technologies and safeguards including tokenization, PCI DSS security controls, fraud monitoring, risk screening, and 3D Secure authentication where supported or required. Customers remain responsible for protecting their own passwords, devices, payment cards, and digital wallet credentials from unauthorized use.

5. Failed Payments, Authorization and Payment Disputes

Payments may fail or be declined because of insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, expired cards, card or account limits, unsuccessful verification, billing-address discrepancies, security restrictions, bank authorization requirements, or payment-provider fraud and risk controls. Customers experiencing a declined payment should first confirm the information entered and, where appropriate, contact their bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or do not recognize a transaction connected with an order from grelvado.com, please contact us at help@grelvado.com before opening a chargeback or payment dispute whenever reasonably possible. We will review the available order and transaction information and cooperate with the applicable payment provider under its dispute procedures. Fraudulent chargebacks, deliberately false claims, or misuse of payment dispute procedures may result in restrictions on the relevant order or account where permitted by law.

6. Refunds and Reversals

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, we will normally submit it within 7 business days. Refunds are processed in EUR and cannot normally be redirected to another card, bank account, PayPal account, or digital wallet.

After a refund is submitted, additional processing time may be required before the funds become visible in your account. This timing is determined by your bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or digital wallet provider and is outside the direct control of GRELVADO, LLC. Currency conversion differences, exchange-rate changes, and fees charged by financial institutions are not controlled by us. For further information regarding returns, refund eligibility, and related requirements, please review our Return & Refund Policy or contact us at help@grelvado.com.
